Saved Search Alert - change management reporting
For auditing and tracking purposes, we need a way to easily view and track saved search alert criteria changes (with dates of changes). The text coding field at the bottom of the alert is not useful at all and neither is the download report. The amount of time and effort is too cumbersome to try and compare versions and pull out exact changes. Unless you are a coder, you cannot highlight text changes in excel. We would like to explore alert change reporting capabilities.
